The Pro Works team is really quite exceptional! Their quote was very detailed, presented on time and well within par of other quotes. The staff were pleasant, diligent, cooperative and paid attention to detail. The prep was thorough and the paint match was excellent. Frequently during the project, their lead kept strata informed.
Upon completion, it was discovered that the job required significantly more paint than originally estimated. Pro Works absorbed this cost without a blink which was most appreciated by strata. Their lead insisted a walkabout upon completion to ensure satisfaction, and it became clear that their clean-up was immaculate.
